Our flavorful broth made from our famous Birria meat. It’s packed with spices and seasonings.

Nachos

These loaded nachos are packed with queso, beans, onion, cilantro, and jalapeños.

We are there from 11am - 3pm on Saturday mornings. 

We set up at Marble and Differential Brewery during the week. 

The chef's story 

The La Sirenita food truck is owned and ran by Mr. Marco Sirena. The  birria family  recipe has been cooked for many generations, and is now being served to many through this food truck. In 2020, he decided to quit his full time job of 18 years to pursue this food truck. At first it seemed like a big risk to take, but the love and support he received has been so worth it. This truck is ran with love and passion. Marco takes pride in his business, and loves every single one of his customers.
